When you sign up for Newor Media, we will reach out to you with an Insertion Order agreement which lays out the partnership. It does not tie you into any long term contract. We want our publishers to stay with us because they like being our partner, not because a piece of paper tells them to. Once signed, we will submit your site(s) for approvals to our network partners and connect them into your real-time bidding stack. We will then send you your ad units and you can start monetizing immediately. The entire process takes around 2-4 days. We can also place the units directly on sites for publishers who need this option.
We have NET30 payment terms for all publishers.

Yes, regardless of network claw-backs, you will be paid what you are owed based on the number that has been calculated at the end of each month. We ensure we never over-reach, and your payment is always guaranteed.

You have a 24 hour out clause. It is our job to over deliver for you, and our publishers stay with us because they want to, not because they have to.
We cannot integrate into a third-party bidder, so we do require our units to be directly on the page. We also cannot run on the same page as other header bidding ad tech. However, we do not require exclusivity from direct advertising sales.
